Franchisee Terms & Condition:
To become a IIFM Franchisee you should have ...
- A space of about 800 to 1000 square feet. or less depending on the locality / Place / Town / City.
- One person from that particular firm will be appointed as a director / proprietor for that particular IIFM Center. The person should carry a good qualification & Computer literate. He should devote full time to the Center.
- As per agreement minimum 5 Laptop (or 3 for selected places) required. Should have the capacity to increase Laptop as the number of student’s increases.
- The agreement will be between IIFM (unit of SF) and a firm i.e. the individual should have a firm. e.g. ABC Company / Partnership firm / NGO / Society etc..
Franchise fees :
- Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), License for conducting Certificate courses in Financial Computer Education, Information Technology , Management, Hardware Networking & Journalism Courses.
- Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), License for conducting Graduation & Post Graduation course under Traditional, Information Technology & Management Programs.
- Master Franchise: Rs.2,00,000/-,(Rupees Two Lac only) License for conducting all IIFM courses. Master Franchise also authorized for undertaking School/Institute Projects and Placement Division.
- Along with Franchise Inquiry Rs.3000/- have to be deposited as an advance amount of which an inspector of IIFM will inspect the place & location. If the inspection report comes positive, the remaining amount has to be paid at the time of agreement .If the inspection report comes negative then the traveling allowance i.e. the bus fare & an additional amount of Rs. 1,500/- will be deducted & the rest amount will be paid back.
- Payments will be made in cash or in Account payee in favors of IIFM (a unit of SF) payable at Guwahati only.
- Royalty: 20% of the course fees. [i.e. if the total collection is Rs.100,000, then 20000/- to be paid as royalty to IIFM (a unit of SF.)]
Above all you will become a member of IIFM, which is providing quality education with status and standing in the IT based Financial Industry.
